Metal roofs need to be scrubbed with a stiff brush and a little detergent to remove any dirt, rust and paint stains. Be sure to avoid the seams where two panels come together because they can chip easily.
A thorough washing will take the longest but it will be worth the effort when you see how bright and shiny your roof is!
